Photos, reviews, and profile info should be genuinely yours and accurate. Don't post someone else's photos as your own, fake a province visit, or leave misleading reviews.

When connecting with other explorers, keep conversations respectful and on-topic. Never share another explorer's personal contact details, location, or private information without their consent. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable — use the Report or Block button, no explanation needed.

Explorer Ratings are anonymous but not consequence-free — rate your travel mates based on genuine experience, not personal disputes unrelated to the trip.

Harassment or threats toward another explorer or staff, faked bookings or reviews, sharing someone else's private information without consent, or attempting to scam another traveler. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Explorer community.

Follow your coordinator's safety guidance on tour, respect local customs and dress codes noted in each tour's inclusions, and let staff know immediately if something feels unsafe.
