Leht's Travel ("we", "our", "us") operates the Leht's Travel website and mobile app (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you create an account or make a booking, we collect:
- Account information: your name and email address (via Firebase Authentication)
- Booking details: tour selections, travel dates, number of guests, and related preferences
- Payment confirmation: screenshots of GCash or bank transfer receipts that you voluntarily upload to confirm payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or GCash credentials.
- Order and merchandise history: items purchased, order status, and delivery details you provide
- Usage data: province visits you mark, reviews, wallet activity (Leht Coins, vouchers), and similar in-app actions
How We Use Your Information
- To process and manage your tour bookings and merchandise orders
- To communicate with you about your bookings, order status, and account (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp)
- To verify payments submitted via GCash or bank transfer
- To operate loyalty features such as Leht Coins, vouchers, and province tracking
- To improve the Service and respond to customer support requests
How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), a secure cloud platform. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Google Firebase, as our data storage and authentication provider
- Local tour guides, drivers, or partner establishments, only as needed to fulfill a booking you've made (e.g., your name and guest count)
- Government or legal authorities, only if required by law
Your Choices
- You can review and update your profile information from within the app
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (details below)
- You can unsubscribe from promotional emails or messages at any time
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
